High performance for large constructions

Large engine support

The SinusJet LEF testbed was developed especially for larger crankshafts and special applications (such as marine engines).

Unparalleled testing performance

Depending on the physical parameters of the test pieces, the SinusJet LEF is capable of testing up to 4.000 kNm of torsional load at a frequency of 40 Hz, delivering much faster results than conventional hydraulic testbeds.

Clamping made simple

Probe geometry

The SinusJet LEF testbed requires single crank pieces for testing, with a bearing diameter up to 620 mm.

One-of-a-kind clamping system

The custom-made hydraulic clamping system enables automated installation of test probes within a short period of time. This method enables secure connection and high transmittable torque without a risk of local cracking.

User-friendliness in mind

Intuitive controls for easy operation

As with every resonance testbed made by Prisma Engineering, the SinusJet LEF comes with an easy-to-use control unit which allows hassle-free definition of load scenarios.

No foundation required

The SinusJet LEF is a Plug & Play system which does not require the presence of a damping foundation or additional safety equipment.
