Floating Specimen Design

The innovative clamping system enables quick and easy specimen changes. The specimens themselves do not need to be machined or equipped with special clamping discs. The machine is compatible with standard wheelsets that meet their final specifications.

High Testing Frequencies
The ideal frequency range of the SinusJet GEN4 is between 40-60 Hz.
Economical Operation
All specimens are excited close to their natural bending and torsion frequencies. This allows the test stand to generate the highest dynamic loads with low motor power (10 kW max.). The maximum test moment is 250 kNm (bending) and 100 kNm (torsion).
